The little story behind my candles .....
The bee 🐝 trademark that I use to dress the top of my candles and also the little stick on bees (they look a little like ladybirds lol) are not because I use beeswax to Make my candles, I actually use soy 🙂 they are In memory of my beautiful cousin Amy below, we lost her at the age of only 31 to Breast cancer, 😞 x it’s been hard every single day since she left us for all of my family and her own, she also left behind her gorgeous little one Alfie who she was the best mummy too, he was her heart....Truly is the saddest of story’s and makes you question how cruel life can be to the most undeserving people.
Though Amy’s journey she found the love of bees “bee strong, be brave, bee yourself, bee you” it helped her going through the hardest battle she had ever had to go through 😞 She was such a beautiful, funny, bubbly girl and she deserved the world, so bees now help us through our grief of loosing our beautiful cousin .... somehow putting Amy’s stamp on my candles makes me feel slightly better... that somehow in a way im honouring her, making more lit candles about her as she did always light a room with her beautiful Smile and her laughter. Funny how the little things makes u feel slightly better but they do x
